Samuel Adam Levi is a Triple Israeli, American and French citizen who has lived on three different continents. Samuel is fluent in english and french and has hebrew knowledge
Samuel holds a bachelor in Mathematics and a masters in international business. in the past, he studied American and French History, law and politics. He is one the rare individuals to possess an extensive knowledge and deep understanding of both the United States, ISrael and France.
He is also an former athlete and wilderness explorer.
Professional life
Samuel is the Founder and President at Red Canyon, an International business development firm, specialized in developing and growing brands in the food industry. In this capacity, Samuel as successfully placed brands in famous retail chains such as Costco, Whole Foods Market, The Fresh Market, Wegmans, earning his clients tens of millions of dollars in revenue.
He has successfully helped remake brands to adapt to the demands of the US markets and facilitated the establishmnt of supply chains of production, certification, delivery of inventory, working with regulatory agecies, brokers, cross Atlantic sea and air transporters as well US distributors.
From 2014 to 2024, Samuel was he Founder & President of the French-American Chamber of Commerce in Los Angeles, the largest French-American business network in California. In his roles, he has assisted hundreds of French companies and individuals invest in the US, thus contributing to the US economy and the creation of American jobs.
Prior to 2024, Samuel worked for a US Political Action Committee. In this role, he has helped organize fundraising events for California members of the US House of Representative and Senate and has raised money in support of their candidacy.
During this time, Samuel is involved in the protection of American public lands and promotion of the outdoors. He served as the Fundraising Chair of the Sierra Club Los Angeles Chapter. He is also involved in lobbying efforts and has represented environmental interests on Capitol Hill in D.C..

From an early age, Samuel would travel regularly to the French Alps where he developed a strong passion for the outdoors. In his early yesrs, Samuel led several expeditions in remote places, included Northern Canada and Lapland.
But what attracted Samuel was the American West, with its epic vistas and legends. From 2014 to 2024, Samuel has focused his goals on mountaineering, alpine climbing, backpacking and kayaking. Samuel guided multiple trips to remote wilderness areas across the west, mainly in Alaska, Wyoming, California and Montana. In his later years Samuel would exclusively guide jewish men and use the seclusion of remote wilderness area and physical exhaustion to focus on Teshuvah and hitbodedut (Torah Meditation). No matter how harsh the conditions, Samuel would wrap tefilin on every single expedition members and lead tefilot, three times a day, sometimes in temperatures as cold as 15F or under snowstorms.
Several members of the expeditions became Shabbat Observant as a result.

Religious life
Samuel comes from a Sepharadic jewish background with roots in Fes, Taroudant and Sardigna. He grew up in France, often travelling to Israel to visit the remainder of his family. While not strictly observant the family grew up with strong jewish hashkafa, heavily influenced by grand parents.
At the age of 30, Samuel became a Baal Teshuva. He focuses much of his life in pursing growth in mitzvot, Tzedaka and Torah learning. While in America, Samuel has been involved with Litvak Hareidi and hassidic communties.
